There are a number of suppliers who specialise in providing construction companies with physical products such as building materials, scaffolding, cement etc. Then there are those businesses (often sole traders) which provide the skills necessary for a building’s construction. These include tradesmen such as plumbers, joiners, tilers etc.
Once the building is complete, in order to make it look more appealing to buyers, some companies will ‘loan’ furniture for the duration that the property is on show. If the house or apartment is to be rented out then there are also companies who provide ‘furniture packages’ especially tailored towards the buy to let landlord and at much reduced rates than if the items were to be purchased separately.
